Trent McKay–CEO
Trent McKay has been involved with Western Investment Properties, LLC for over 20 years. He has had various roles and titles over that time period. He has spent the last 10 years working with several properties in New Mexico and Texas. Trent graduated from Judson University in Illinois with a degree in Communications. Trent, his wife Leslie, and their two children live in Clovis.
Mariah Everett–Property Manager
Mariah Everett has been with Western Investment Properties, LLC for almost four years. She loves helping tenants find a unit that they can call home and strives for their satisfaction. Mariah was raised in a military family in Clovis and still calls it home. When she isn’t working, she and her husband David have their hands full with their three active children.
Anthony Hall–Maintenance
Anthony Hall has been with Western Investment Properties, LLC for over six years and has over ten years of experience in property maintenance. With extensive knowledge of construction, roofing and electrical issues, he is well-equipped to tackle any problem that arises. In Anthony’s spare time, you can find him experimenting in the kitchen or outside grilling up a masterpiece.
